These Terms govern access to ShapeMeAI, an iOS virtual outfit try-on app. By using the app, you agree to these Terms.
1. Eligibility
The app is intended for adults only (18+).
2. Service description
ShapeMeAI creates illustrative outfit previews from photos you choose. Results do not guarantee real-world fit, size, drape, color accuracy, or professional advice.
3. Credits and Studio Pass
1 credit = 1 completed preview on our servers. If a server-side generation fails, the credit is returned. If it succeeds, the credit is consumed.
A welcome free preview may be offered once per user.
- Studio Pass Weekly — 8 credits;
- Studio Pass Monthly — 30 credits;
- Studio Pass Yearly — 360 credits.
Subscription credits are allocated per billing period and do not roll over. Consumable packs provide one-time credits that do not expire while the app remains available, subject to Apple rules.
4. Purchases and refunds
Purchases are processed by Apple through the App Store. We use RevenueCat to validate entitlements server-side. Refund requests must be handled through Apple.
When you request a refund, Apple may ask us for consumption information to evaluate the request, as described in our Privacy Policy.

5. Acceptable use
- do not upload content you do not have rights to use;
- do not create illegal, abusive, or misleading content;
- do not bypass the paywall, credit system, or server validation;
- do not overload, scrape, or attempt to decompile the service.
6. Content and privacy
You keep ownership of your photos. You grant us a limited license to process them solely to provide the service. See our Privacy Policy and AI usage notice.
7. AI consent
Before using generation, you must accept the in-app consent flow explaining that selected photos are sent to our servers and AI providers.
8. Warranties and liability
The service and previews are provided as is. To the extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties and limit liability for damages related to use of the app.
9. Changes
We may update these Terms. The date at the top of this page reflects the latest revision.
