ShapeMeAI Support

Product, subscription, credit, and personal data questions

ShapeMeAI is a virtual outfit try-on app. This support page covers questions about previews, credits, Studio Pass subscriptions, purchases, and data requests.

Contact

Email [email protected] and include:

  • your topic;
  • your iPhone model and iOS version if relevant;
  • the ShapeMeAI version shown in Settings;
  • a screenshot if the issue is visual.

Do not attach sensitive personal photos by email unless we explicitly ask for them to resolve an incident.

Subscriptions and purchases

To cancel or manage a Studio Pass subscription, open iOS Settings → your Apple ID → Subscriptions. ShapeMeAI cannot access your Apple payment details.

In-app purchase refunds are handled through Apple Report a Problem.

Credits

If a generation fails server-side, the credit should be returned automatically. If you notice an issue, contact support with the approximate time of the attempt.
