This page summarizes the categories of data related to ShapeMeAI. For the full legal framework, also see the Privacy Policy.
1. Data categories
- User photos — source photo and outfit reference selected for a preview;
- Generated previews — illustrative results produced by the service;
- Account and entitlements — RevenueCat identifier, Studio Pass status, validated purchases;
- Credits — balance, usage, and returns after server failure;
- Support — messages when you contact us;
- Technical — limited logs.
2. On-device data
Some preferences may remain stored locally on your iPhone. Deleting the app removes this local data.
3. AI processing
During a generation, selected photos pass through our API and may be sent to Google Gemini. Details are available on the AI usage page.
4. Retention
Server data is retained for as long as needed to operate the service, manage credits, and provide support. Technical logs are retained for a limited period.
5. Export, correction, and deletion
You can request access, correction, export, or deletion of your data by emailing [email protected] or through the Support page.
Use the subject “Personal data” and, when possible, include your RevenueCat identifier or the email address used in the app.
6. No resale
Your photos and previews are not sold to advertisers. They are not used to train third-party advertising models outside the provision of the ShapeMeAI service.
