AI Usage Notice

1. What the AI does

ShapeMeAI combines your source photo with an outfit reference photo to create a preview. The goal is to visualize a style, not to guarantee real-world fit, size, cut, or color accuracy.

2. Which photos are sent

• your source photo;
• the outfit reference to copy;
• the generated preview when needed for display or local saving.

Before the first generation, the app asks you to accept AI processing of the selected photos.

3. When processing happens

Processing is triggered only when you press the generation button. No preview is produced without your intentional action after consent.

4. Providers and technical flow

Photos pass through the ShapeMeAI API (api.yatofix.com/shapeme) and may then be sent to Google Gemini strictly to produce the requested preview.

Purchases and entitlements are validated through RevenueCat and Apple in-app purchases.

5. Credits and failures

Each completed preview consumes 1 credit. If the generation fails server-side, the credit is returned automatically.

6. Important limits

• results are style previews, not shopping or sizing advice;
• they do not replace trying clothing in store;
• they may contain visual imperfections;
• they do not guarantee identical real-world results.

7. Prohibited content

Do not use the AI to create illegal, abusive, misleading content, or content involving people or images you do not have rights to use. Do not submit photos of minors.

8. Withdrawing consent

You can stop using AI features at any time by not starting new generations. To request deletion of associated data, see the Data page or support.
